It's Just Practice!

When anyone comes through our doors we train them as if they will compete down the line. Even if you have no intention of competing, by treating our athletes this way we are able to increase your performance in regards to strength, endurance, flexibility, and stamina. Increasing these naturally increases looking better naked and in a swim suit! :-) It is just practice!

20 Burpees
20 Pull Ups
20 Ring Dips
10 Box Jump
STRETCH


“Hope” Amped
3 Rounds for Reps of:

Burpees
Power Snatch (95, 65)
Box Jump (30,24)
Thruster (95, 65)
Bar Muscle Ups

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep
