  • 75-pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 30 Burpees
  • 135-pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 20 Burpees
  • 165-pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 210-pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
