Gymnastics Seminar

 


Reminder that the Gymnastics Seminar is this Saturday.

The Seminar is from 10 AM - 3 PM

Lyndee wanted to make sure to let everyone know to bring:

Water
Lunch
2 x Snacks

Clothes you can Move around in

and
Athletic Tape for your hands for the bar work.

Leave:

Your ego and worries.

Everyone will go at their own pace. But she promises that everyone will be extremely sore afterward and that you won't know if it is from Stretching or the Core Work.

If you are not signed up yet and want to just bring your entry fee to the class. Please bring cash or check in the amount of $30.00 to the event. Make checks out to CrossFit Generate.

Proceeds go to getting Lyndee Certified.

P.S. I am going to an individual competition in Leadville on Saturday and leaving Friday Afternoon.

Friday morning classes are the same and here is the schedule for Friday Night and Saturday.

Friday Night Classes

Closed - 4:30
Closed - 5:30



Tough Mudder Workout - 6:30 w/ Matt Drymon (expect to get wet)

Pot Luck - 7:30 Please bring a Paleo Dish and a Bag of Ice. 

                                 Make sure to show up at 6:30 - not 7:30


Saturday Classes

Open - 8:00 AM  - w/ Amanda Lark
Closed- 9:00 AM
Gynastics Seminar - 10:00 AM - w/ Lyndee Zalenka
